About 12 years ago, skin care and healthy eating became a serious focus in my life when a family member was diagnosed with melanoma and was given a life expectancy of "up to 3 years" to survive. Around that time I read an article about the dangers of chemicals and metals in our store bought deodorants that are linked to cancers, especially breast cancers. I immediately threw out all products that posed a possible threat and began experimenting with creating products on my own. This family member was opened to using these products and reported significant skin improvements and topical wound healing. After years of research, studies, and trial and error, I learned to create deodorants and skin care products that are not only safe and nourishing but actually works. And Yes, this family member did pass away last year, over 5 years past his expected date of survival.
